Job Position : Tendering Specialist for Road and Power Projects (JOB CODE : TS106)

Job Location: Nashik (Maharashtra)Department: Tendering / Business Development

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Specialist to join our team, responsible for handling the preparation and submission of tenders for road and power projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in reviewing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial Forms, ensuring compliance with client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality and competitive bids.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant certifications in project management or tendering are a plus.

Experience: Proven experience 6+ years) in tendering, particularly for road and power construction projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly study and analyze tender documents to ensure complete understanding of project requirements.
• Identify key project deliverables, timelines, and compliance criteria.
• Ensure all technical and commercial aspects of the tender documents are addressed and aligned with the company's capabilities.
• Prepare and compile comprehensive technical and commercial tender submissions in accordance with client specifications and internal standards.
• Collaborate with the technical team to accurately define the scope of work, resources, methodology, and execution plans.
• Ensure the proposal includes all required supporting documents, such as cost breakdowns, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all tender submissions meet legal, technical, and quality standards.
• Ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are considered in the proposal.
• Conduct internal quality checks of the technical and commercial proposal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the tender submission process from receipt of tender documents to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update the tendering database and document control system.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
