Estimation/Tendering Executive

Role & responsibilities > Prepare and manage the complete tender submission process, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time.

> Review and analyze tender documents, requirements, and specifications to ensure compliance.

> Work closely with various departments (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to gather necessary information and insights for tender submissions.

> Conduct market analysis to identify potential tender opportunities and assess competitors.

> Develop compelling and tailored proposals that meet client needs and highlight the organization's strengths.

> Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions.
