Lower salary. Two different salary payment scales. HR politics. ITI qualified employees hired with duplicate documents to Engineer post. HR manager is very egoistic & not spoken friendly. Notice period 90 days but in these 90 days you get half salary every month for full day work. Worst management Owner thinks about his own growth not even think during appraisal. Workers are getting low salary hike every year. Favorites during appraisal and targetting employees if questioned. Non sense HR manager taking money from contract manpower suppliers.
