The working environment as well as the staff is not helpful at all, during the training and in the production itself. The training is not accurate at all. The seniors are terrible while interaction or communication, there is no any professional background they have.

It's a boring job, whether you work as analyst or IT engineer all you have to do is copy paste even the C and V keys on every keyboard are washed off that much it's been used and for IT professionals it will be like a blessing but no growth you will just come and sit until any problem arrives otherwise no work just wait for 6pm to leave the office. It's more of a boarding school than office.
