I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Everything is Awesome except the Job Security part. Which is very common during COVID-19, but I still believe there are better ways to support. Management decision should be more streamlined and focused on decreasing debt. I hope Ascena see's great growth in the Future.
