I don't like anything about the company.

Delayed Salary, much longer working hours than what thet pay for, give you work exactly when you are about to leave the office and make you stay for another 3-4 hours everyday. The office hour ends at 6pm, but people keep working till 9pm. More than that the owner has a habit of yelling at everyone irrespective of how one performs.
