All the boys who had come personally had worked very hard and diligently, but there were no chances of permanent placement, so I am a little disappointed.

Very strict rules had to be followed and the behavior of the managers was not that good.

In ASB We get job security even get partially handicapped or Suitable department change for Handicapped employees. ASB has donated 10 Cr to State Government fund & 7 Cr to PM fund for covid situation. Working culture is very nice & get new technology to learn. Proper care taking of employee. we get Canteen, transport facility bonus etc. Japanese culture to handle customer satisfaction. Working culture is very nice but departmental management are not upto the mark like Tata, L&T, Sulzer etc. Medical claim facility is not as L&T, ACC, like companies. Get 6000 Rs For mediclaim in that we have to cover all family people which is almost difficult. Where as in Other MNC all medical Bill's are paying by company. Partiality between employees in departments less DA, Saturday working, group insurance for medical not provided. Hence it is difficult to Cover whole family it gets costly to employee.

It is a wonderful company I ever work with. I would like to work till my retirement but some family issue I had to leave. Over-all it is a company where u will learn and develop your skills every time you want to take challenge to any work.
