Moreover many top level people are so self centric, they will take no responsibility for the work in their lab also and will not help in case you are stuck in some word ( just here to take report, and will say " U guys are managers, sort out on your own "). Seeing Grey fabric inspection but it's very challenging job as whole decision to take before finish inspection, i.e. re-size, re-work qty, defect mapping means decide which level defect should be OK, (there is no chance to produce fabric without defect)
