The worst work culture I have ever seen, I would never recommend anyone to join this organisation no matter whatever the location is, managers need to be trained here first of all, the trainer in bhopal office night shift is the most toxic lady ever seen. Very toxic and they play politics onto next level. Never ever join the organisation

1. Management and the way everyone tends to own a policy of their own 2. Gender Favoritism and Bias (female employee gets every request approved, men are asked to quit if they make any request 3. TL is always non supportive and will blame you for bringing the teams performance down

Very good principle in this company and so good behaviour manager and team lead and my client also very responseble and very good area working together very helpful team members and good company policy .

On time salary, but everything depends upon on which client we are working through Artech. Artech is just staffing company I hope. So based on clients input, everything goes into smooth process.

Dislikes

Actually women should be aware before joining. For some client, projects gets over in Artech, if client ends with contract. Eg: if women goes for long month holidays.
