As far my management is concerned, they, always support with a work-life balance. The Management, always, allows the employees to contribute independently with a 6 - days a week work cycle with 9 - hrs. a day work life. I'm wholly satisfied with my work.

For site team there is no pressure to work overtime but as design team there is always pressure to comple te project for submission.
