There is no job security, which leaves employees feeling constantly anxious about their future. Management frequently changes policies without considering the impact on employees, creating an unstable and unpredictable work environment. The leadership team shows little to no expertise in managing people or processes effectively, whic h only adds to the frustration. The problem is not the job.. It's about how the learning is taken.. From an employee perspective three months is too less of a probation period to judge someone by his /her capability... You can't judge someone I just three months.. All managers are good here.. But the main issue is the compan y should look into how people islolate one another and judge one another The higher management should seriously look into how managers scare the employees and leave a scare in them and getting killed for their mistakes which leads to them</mark>.
