No support from there side one of our colleague's mother and father was tested positive for covid he have a 60k incentive amount which Arcis need to pay and are still delaying.. Employee asked advance of 20k for the treatment and the senior like Mr. ANAND KUMAR AND MISS NEHA RANA said what will you do in your home town why there's aneed of holidays where as Mr Anand Kumar himself have taken 20 days leave for his marriage and they keep harassing this person they didn't even allowed him to wrok from his home town where as Neha Rana is doing work fom her sister's house partiality with employees is not a new thing with Arcis.... Arcis have breached the lockdown and have made people to move out from the containment zone and repair the office system Arcis haven't paid the data bill from past 5 months no technical support if Arcis is organising any incentive plan it's better to not participate you will get nothing People are working on Sundays but the can't use there complementary off what's the use of working on Sundays then they are not even paying the rent of the laptops which employee have arranged and the attendance marking is very much illegal for which soon we employees are going to file a case against them...Read More
