1) Timing flexible and cab 2) some helpful and good people 3) TV and game room 4) Company is at TMSL College campus , so feels like you are still doing graduation

Dislikes

1) Hire and fire policy by HR Team 2) Use and throw people mentality 3) Higher management treats people like servants 4) No appreciation for deserving employees , only oiling peoples are promoted here 5) Office politics and rumor spreading 6) zero work life balance , you can be called to meeting even at middle of the night

Likes

The internship stipend was good. Some seniors were really nice. The work timing was good. Minimal pressure on normal days but there were heavy requirements in seasonal and occasional changes. Break timing was flexible. Overall a comfortable and friendly working space.

Dislikes

Some people are really typical and rude and there were too many politics within team members. After the internship, they take a long time to turn them into permanent employees. Sometimes they don't even want to turn them, but doesn't even informs and lets them work as interns only as long as they don't leave on their own. There are too many problems with appraisal, people have to wait for long to get appraisals even when they're providing exceptional work. Sometimes, they also fire people on the spot without any prior notice. Even when they're seniors or project managers and have been working really nicely without any problems....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
