In Total, I will suggest everyone, please do not join such a horrible so called IT company.

Dislikes

No growth and it's a pure labour type company and there is no relationship with US ARC, Indian owner is wholesale owner, and he behave like "TAANAASHAAH" like Kim Jong-un (Supreme leader of North Korea).

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
