Likes

Will get some good opportunity to learn new technology and concepts, with the right attitude. The main thing was colleagues and the managers. Apart from a few exceptions, every single manager was very easy to work with. Most important of all, the job had stability.

Dislikes

People working in the technical support departments are considered like "lower rungs" of the ladder and the salary and the annual hike is dismal. Given the work load and that most of the support teams work at night. The salary offered, doesn't do justice at all. Also, the chances of inter-departmental switch is pretty tough.
