I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Hello All, I was with Araymond for one year only and my life was totally changed.. I was in depression for a long time and all feel stressed due to uploaded work and regular follow-up of task in non working hours. I strongly recommend to do not join this company as they never want to feel employee happy and satisfied.. They are onlySales target oriented and they can do anything to achieve the sales.. They are not stick to their working hours and they push you for work for 15-16 hours every days (I usually worked under boss pressure) They believe in office politics. Many employees left from the company without prior information. Don't spoil your personal life here.. I wish, a good mental health and family life for new joinees.....Read More
