It was good to working with AIPL, learnt a lot. Unfortunately company is under Liquidation.

Dislikes

Only one problem is pf and other benefits are not for employee who have managerial post.

Job security was very risky, Work culture was not so enough good, Management was very poor, Company policies was not so much goodSo

Some few key personnel giving negative feedback to MD. They always go through short cut method for his personal benefits.

Work Details

Not safe work life due to CMD. He always play a dirty culture in officiallly work. Everyday local contractors meeting held in his chamber. His personal contacts to GM for illegal benefits with contractors.
