Mostly the company's environment is great, you can lot of learning & upgrade yourself. Company management focusing on work & personal life balance. Holiday policies are very comfortable to balance our personal life. Company Management always thinks & asked employees about their growth. Dislikes

Actually I am sure it's right or wrong, Management always tell to take ownership they guide you but at extinct level, only you have to work like your role then they admired with that. That's awkward movement when you need to take ownership or decision behalf of company.

Lots of learning I gain, everyday is challenging as HR - Admin but everyone is supporting mostly.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
