Holiday policies are very comfortable to balance our personal life. Company Management always thinks & asked employees about their growth. Runs many program which help employees to acquire new skill or certificate. I am very satisfied with company policies.

Actually I am sure it's right or wrong, Management always tell to take ownership they guide you but at extinct level, only you have to work like your role then they admired with that. That's awkward movement when you need to take ownership or decision behalf of company.
