I was hired for a package of 2.5lpa in which the 50k was some retention bonus so wouldn't consider and my in hand salary was around 14885 rs but for the freshers who joined in the financial year after myself got a package of 3lpa and now they are in search of freshers for a package of 3.6lpa. I don't know what's actually happening over there. They should consider their employees before deciding the package for freshers. Having experienced here for an year with good skills but didn't get a chance to handle a project on my own. Even in this year also I will not get good hike because getting a lakh hike in the same company is impossible but they are ready to give more for freshers....Read More
