It's very important to take care of ourselves in company if we speak anything to second person about hownthings moving on company you will be into their hands.Its just kind of blackmail.Please don't join if u have hopes onnyour career

Politics and no KT will be given and more over they don't follow timings. The managers in company they are not managers they don't even know how to use resources.

I worked 1 year at Aptude. The Management will take drastic decisions there is no value for the employees. Everything will change suddenly especially at off shore employees when ever they feel to fire they will ask to leave without any prior intimation.
