Aptos is the parent company of Aptos One, Revionics and LS Retail. Revionics management see the efforts of their engineer. However, Aptos sometimes do not align with it and respect or appreciate engineers effort. That reailt in less growth.

Professional Services division is the worst working environment I have ever worked in, where manager resorts to public shaming of his own team members in group and team meetings. Instead of identifying the issue and finding the solution, he will keep on blaming the team for lack of dedication and effort on the project. Constant intim idation, harassment, and last-minute cancellation of planned leaves is a constant working feature of this group.
