The amazing work-life balance it offers to employees is hard to find in most other organisations. However, all of that depends mostly on the team and your manager. The work culture is also very good and above average. You'll love the team outings.

Dislikes

You need to train yourself as per your job requirement. Most training are self paced. Its better to talk to your manager about your training needs that has a business requirement. Compensation is average. Growth depends on your performance. Tip: Be proactive rather than reactive.

Work stress depends on your team and how proactive you are. Sometimes little stress is a necessary evil.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
