I am from CSS-GUI team, having one of the worst manager - Baljeet Singh, doesn't know how to manage the team, not open to any feedback and is nano manager. He will not attend any meeting nor he will be available during office hours but if he pings anyone then he expects them to be available. He alongwith some other managers are letting this company down.

I like the overall company growth in other division ( other than software). The company is outperform eveywhere but lack the decipline and culture in software division.

Dislikes

the software division business planning and future growth. They hire without any plan and later try to adjust . Also in india there is no authority in taking decision and manage by Isarel. Top management save their jobs by firing the new joinees .there is no reason for firing people except that they hire more and now try to fit.

Arrogant and immature mangers with lack of integrity. After several complaints also no actions is taken against these managers. (Patterning Group) Seniors are harassed with Job security, Blackmailing with job consequence More than your technical skills, you Bucket skills are appreciated lot. Very cheap level politics by these mangers along with their followers.

I'm getting a opportunity to work with well experienced and knowledgeable colleagues to learn the product design and cost effective design activities. Applied follows the APQP &PPAP with their own name.since, It will give clear picture of how product developed from design to mass production.
