AppInventiv is a terrible place for a Quality Analyst

1) Work life balance is terrible 2) You are assigned atleast 2-3 projects at a time with 4-4 hrs of allocation. 3) Tho, they say you just need to complete 8 hrs but technically all are made to work for at least 12-13 daily! 4) In between you are assigned another proj’s work as well. 5) Leave policies are worst, hardly 15 leavesper annual. 6) Projects meetings are kept after office timings i.e, 7pm and last till midnight. 7) Every other day is a release day.
