Please run from this company. Don’t just take the chances. It’s not worth it. The culture is bad, toxic and detrimental. They layoff workers without valid reason. You work overtime always without being paid for it. They monitor your keyboard, mouse and computer screen with a software. You ain’t even allowed to learn anything on YouTube that can be use to assist you while working. You ain’t even allowed to learn anything while working. They sack you when it almost time for pay day, so they don’t have to pay you. You ain’t allowed any paid sick leave or leave at all. Nothing. No allowance nothing. You can’t even have bathroom break without your timer showing you ain’t working. You most keep clicking and pressing your keyboard for 8 hours or more. Not to even talk about micro management. You most not make a single error or mistake when you are new. If not a hour or 1 business day would be deducted from your pay. If they eventually pay you. They pay you less than the agree amount(half) so you can’t leave because you would be expecting your full salary the next month. Which won’t come or they sack you.
