Apotex is BA BE company. They work mainly on generic drugs. Apotex is canada based pharmaceutical company which support employees by providing them good salary compensation and bonus. Transport and canteen was very good. Female employees can avail the paid maternity leave for 6 months. There is an opportunity to learn more about people management.

The workplace is plagued by bias,as as a senior manager (maintenance) employee cunning tactics to advance personal agendas,while the department head turns a blind eye.In addition,junior team members share the similar frustrations,citing the manager’s egregious lack of knowledge regarding plant maintenance,instrumentation automation,despite their pretentious claims of authority.

Dislikes

Salary hike in apotex is very minimum and also rarely promotions happen here. Too much Favouritism. Skill development is also limited at apotex. From last two years work culture has changed very drastically and apotex has become like some CRO.

In Apotex no safe to our life, because there is no job security, suddenly they were send out without care of employees,they are having families and commitment that and all not mind the top level,I came out and faced so much of consequences in my life, still I am struggling for get the job.
