Job Summary.

This role is responsible for the project management of the Global Corporate Development function, including the Chief Corporate Development Officer the functional executive team.

Job Responsibilities.

Helps establish key priorities across the CD team.

Work closely with the CD team on goal-setting and tracking of functional objectives and other key projects.

Facilitates the creation of pitch decks and internal/external presentations.

Effectively triages escalations to the CCDO.

Assists in the preparation for key internal/external meetings, including briefing material.

Performs research on companies, products and people to facilitate the work of the CD team.

Adds discipline to CD meetings clear agendas, follow-ups, and next steps.

Help prioritize items to optimize the CCDOs time dedicated to high-value activities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience.

BBA or MBA with 3+ years of experience.
