My manager was kind. The rest was absolute hell. Red carpeting environment for people with medical degrees and they would be given leadership roles even in technical fields. No growth for people in engineering roles. Micromanaging leadership in almost every department. Appraisals here is a dream.

The worst work culture you can find somewhere that is in Apollo. Managers doesn't behave like managers, but housekeeping staffs. The housekeeping staffs are more responsible, well behaved, organized than the managers, HR, or ops team & training. Training dept needs training itself. Managers needs to be managed.
