Only the name , worst compare to Chennai branch is good, no one guide or orientation nothing simply put in trouble area , all good and bad have to face by individual only. Poor patient life only playing every one, some sincere employees also go away due to torcher.

No support from any other HOD, without proper reasons take action. Incharge is junior staff, if i work under his control her image will damage so she keep irritating, day one to till last day,

* No proper breakfast for staff * No pickup drop facility for staff after working late night shift. * No clean cafeteria * There is not facility like tea or coffee option on night shift. no food and no cafeteria. no option at all. * There is no separate bathroom for staff working on field * There is no proper pantry for staff. no sitting arrangement. no tea coffee optional facility * There is no proper locker for staff. one small room is at basement which is used by all female paramedical staffs * There is no changing rooms. Well, it's a Library in terms of learning. You'll learn from mistakes, the more you make em the more you'll avoid it the next time so I'd say it's a good step towards learning.

Dislikes

A lot of unnecessary flattery towards the boss is required. The more you do it, lesser work, lesser trouble, your faults won't be held against you. However, I never could do it and I was bullied a lot by my manager. She made my life complete hell. She favoured people who laughed at her lame jokes. Pretty non competent towards emergencies, lazy af. There wasn't a single day without anxiety for me until one day I got used to it and worked anyway cz I couldn't get a job anywhere else. Politics,personal life interference by seniors and HR's, Cruelty. If you don't have standards and class they won't lev you work in hospital,they harrased women's alot ,on work physically also and without any reason they fire you from job.
