Accounts Receivable Executive

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices, employee claims and statements etc.
• Responsible for daily accounting of accounts payable related activities including vendor invoices, employee claims…etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
• Prepare other reports relating to AP function as determined.
• Prepare and review a monthly report on suppliers paid by invoice with due date for payment.
• Vendor balance reconciliation
• Inputs for GSTR 3B Such as 2A & 2B Recon
• Inputs for TDS payment & returns
• TDS & GST Reconciliation with books
• All Internal MIS reporting and support month end activities pertaining to vendor payments including that of preparation of monthly accruals.

Provide monthly, periodical, annual financial, MIS reports and account summaries for submission to senior management / functional heads, as per process and procedures, provide support / inputs for
