Accounts Receivable Executive

We are seeking a Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team who proactively manages the Accounts Receivable process.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Payment Processing: Monitor and manage incoming payments, including reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

• Accounts Reconciliation: Regularly review and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collections: Follow up on outstanding invoices, manage the collections process, and liaise with clients to resolve payment issues.

• Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on accounts receivable activities, aging reports, and other financial data as required.
