Opening For Manager/Sr. Manager Analyst - Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

• Centralized Data Monitoring: Develop and manage dashboards to consolidate vital performance metrics from Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik. Provide real-time insights into hospital performance, financials, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs.

• Enhanced Project Oversight:Monitor progress and ensure adherence to SLAs for the Pune and Worli projects.Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to achieve project milestones on time.

• Strategic Support for Decision-Making: Enable the CEO to make informed decisions through regular data analysis and trend reporting. Offer insights into areas requiring intervention to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Improved Reporting and Accountability:Streamline reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and timely updates.Drive accountability among departments by establishing clear metrics and benchmarks.

• Dashboard Creation and Management: Develop interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track metrics such as revenue, bed occupancy, patient throughput, and staff performance. Customize dashboards for real-time updates and predictive analysis.

• Monitoring Regional Performance: Regularly analyze key metrics for the Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, and Nashik hospitals, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Project Management for Pune and Worli: Track project timelines, budget adherence, and SLA compliance : Report progress and challenges to the CEO with actionable recommendations.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with department heads, finance, and operational teams to gather and validate data. Act as the single point of contact for project-related metrics and updates.
