I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets reliable, high- quality products. All teammates is friendly in nature they are very supportive and also helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow.there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior guide step-by-step which is a pain sometimes. salary package is not satisfying for me

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
