Dislikes

This days company is suffering with too many problems regarding due to government policies and current market scenario like other steel companies but overall after this 1-2 years of panic, everything will alright again and move safely like before.

Work Details

Working is good, but only skil person is required in their working condition, there is no special training is provided, you have to learn while working on new gadgets or machines so if their any fault running longer than usual, u will be blamed.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
