No appraisal. Delayed appraisal for 6 months and not provided arrears for that. Managers likes only boot-lickers. HR team is pathetic, they reply your messages after 2-3 days.

Didn't get any salary increment yet. Using Percipio for learning platform which has very poor content. They had Laid-off freshers(3 of my friends) . Recently started mandatory 2 days a week WFO but no comments on salary increment. I joined as a fresher and everyone that I have met (except a few) always says "yaar Infostretch was much better this transition to Apexon has made things worse" No one I have met appreciates the change to Apexon. During the tough time Infostretch helped all their employees by providing WFH as well as they made sure that each one of the employee has the right resources to perform their duties.For those who didn't have laptops they provided it immediately with help of IT team.Also for those who went back to their hometown they were also provided laptop via courier. In this tough time we got our salary on time or sometimes early.HR made sure that the employee engagement activities still goes on and on one should feel left out via video calls. If you have healthy relations with your seniors your growth position and compensation will be taken care of even if you are lacking somewhere in your skills.It is tough to get your skills recognised until your seniors are supportive and genuine.It is pure hierarchical structure in which you can not move further until you have approval from your seniors.They still have arrangement when you can directly go and talk your concerns which in way never looked upon.Some times we need to work more than 10 hours due to urgency of deliverables still it is considered as PROJECT REQUIREMENT instead of getting it noticed. For some projects they do not consider the quality of deliverables, instead they consider for how long you have been seated on the desk. Once you get into the system you will feel at some extent there is lot of politics and favouritism<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
