No good incriment from 2021 to till 2025. Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

Likes

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... No ethics and values. They layoffs people without any intimation. Laid off people who are performing well . Egoistic managers and management never inquires about employees concerns. To protect underperforming employee they sack performing employees also. Worst mentalities and culture is very bad especially with AVP and Vp roles in india for PE handling lux region is very bad. there is one guy called Shren k Shah who does not fit for nothing dictate terms like a dictator and expects respect from everyone with such behavior. Very dangerous guy destroying Apex culture very badly and very rude with people without his voice. Fellow team members are good but all have insecurity with onshore decisions.

There is no job security and HRBP don't have any role in terms of Employees rights. They simply lay off without providing reason. What Group manager says HR will follow without questioning policies and reason and certain procedure.

Increment is pathetic. Don't ask for promotions. Both the Indian and foreign managers are same. They will make you work in such way that it won't benefit your future prospect. No promotion for good work in last 2 years. Very bad work culture. No office budget for annual party or function. Bad and old school management. They do not want to learn from their past mistakes. Keep doing the same mistake again and again. No recognition in team.
