The work culture is poor, with no structured training in place. Projects lack proper management, leading to an endless workload. There is no knowledge transfer, as employees are too occupied to provide guidance. Management assigns task but offers a little to no support.

Office location is good and option to relocate is there depending upon manager.

Dislikes

Poor professionalism, lack of communication. Never appreciated work done by any employee. Lot of favourtism. Work Hard but don’t expect anything this is what the Apex is. Not recommended.

Fellow team members are good but all have insecurity with onshore decisions.

There is no job security and HRBP don't have any role in terms of Employees rights. They simply lay off without providing reason. What Group manager says HR will follow without questioning policies and reason and certain procedure.

Increment is pathetic. Don't ask for promotions. Both the Indian and foreign managers are same. They will make you work in such way that it won't benefit your future prospect. You have to figure out your own way. Market says companies are not Hiring Apex employees. Have to keep on begging to even get the transport allowance, which is included in your CTC. 1. Managers who will stay in another location will give preference to their location team members. 2. Very toxic culture. 3. Zero Growth. 4. Worst corporate of the decade 5. No promotions at all. 6. Huge Corporate politics.

Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

1) Low employee morale and high turn over 2) Toxic leadership or management 3 ) The director is running the company as if it’s her personal grocery shop, displaying a bossy,authoritarian attitude that limits autonomy and undermines a team morale
