If you are good at faking and manipulating manager by giving them false data your future is secured here, you just have to stay online by mobile phone teams then you can take long smoke breaks learn this from a senior AVP in our team from Bangalore South office

No genuine promises, during interview they will make you feel like you will learn many things but after joining they will give you junior or fresher level work, only one female employee who is praise manager about her hairstyle and nails get promotion every year without working, bad behaviour of seniors zero knowledge on process No proper guidance

No ethics and values. They layoffs people without any intimation. Laid off people who are performing well . Egoistic managers and management never inquires about employees concerns. To protect underperforming employee they sack performing employees also. Worst mentalities and culture is very bad especially with AVP and Vp roles in india for PE handling lux region is very bad. there is one guy called Shren k Shah who does not fit for nothing dictate terms like a dictator and expects respect from everyone with such behavior.
