Dislikes

Increment is pathetic. Don't ask for promotions. Both the Indian and foreign managers are same. They will make you work in such way that it won't benefit your future prospect. You have to figure out your own way. Market says companies are not Hiring Apex employees. Have to keep on begging to even get the transport allowance, which is included in your CTC.
