I would say work life balance is good and no much work pressure but again veries from manager to manager

I like the work culture and the job security which state street gives. I believe it is a good place to upskill yourself

Being a fresher I got into the organization with low package. I have got recognization from manager and clients too but Inspite of giving my 100% and getting recognization they have not increased my salary
