No good incriment from 2021 to till 2025. Job security, Transport allowance is very low with many terms and conditions, no monthly discussion even half yearly discussion cloed without discussion, Leaves policy, Work from home policy (Few teams doing Work from home and few teams not allowed to work from home)

Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

No promotion for good work in last 2 years. Very bad work culture. No office budget for annual party or function. Bad and old school management. They do not want to learn from their past mistakes. Keep doing the same mistake again and again. No recognition in team.

Increment is pathetic. Don't ask for promotions. Both the Indian and foreign managers are same. They will make you work in such way that it won't benefit your future prospect. Many things but they are not stable on their policies which are keep changing in every month. Managers are not actively looking for progress of their employees and lots of favouritism is there. Very bad management and only managers are growing.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Management promotes log sitting. Month ends employees are working 13 hours in a day. No extar pay for overtime, extra sitting even in month ends which is more unethical. No appreciation for hard work from management.

I love the work culture at Apex. People here treat everyone equally and fairly. You get a lot to learn from people around you and the management will not limit you to anything specific. The top leaders encourage people to learn and skill up.

Dislikes

There are 2 things to be honest which I personally dislike. The Local HR policies. They can create constraints sometimes and they care little about employee satisfaction. The Bonus and appraisals can be a lot better as there is a pay disparity amongst peers which is disappointing.
