The worst place to work.. No Job security No work life balance No skill development (only manual work) No mental peace Favouritism to the core Most of the promotions and hikes will be bagged by the favourite people of managers and coming to Company's culture you never know when you will be laid off, no matter what how hard you work,a simple referance from the manager for the layoff is enough to loose your job. Managers choose the employees who satisfies them with gossips, and praise them at all the times in the calls, and sends the team members personal information to them, entertain them and satisfy their ego will be the top performers and they even get the double promotions without any reasoning. Rest of the Team will do donkeys work for peanuts. You can find the much better politicians than in real politics here, some set of people purely rely on politics. Managers won't have basic integrity, they steal your work, they carry your words to the top management by being friendly with you and they uses you like anything and ditches you like anything for their own benifit. Little learning is there because many people have left so because resource crunch, you can learn many things in order to support the team you work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, managers will ask you work for 10-12 hours daily. No leave approvals, everyday office. Pathetic office and too far from central part of Bangalore. Dont join ever.

Horrible work culture no place for decent Work Ethics. The increment is like throwing pennies at beggar 1.8% - 3% They say they follow hybrid mode yet they expect you to work on weekends as well saying it’s normal considering you’re doing WFH. No technological advancement no spending on infrastructure just old school outdated systems running the report. Instead of adapting to the industry trusted software and platforms for running the files they still still use excel to this day resulting in lots of manual error. No prior announcements before layoffs will ask you to pack your bags and get out. They expect you to work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired.
