Company policies and procedures and everything not employee friendly.Environment very pressurized and like war zone. No training at all.Any time they can laid off without logic. No bonus hikes and no rating. Bad management and micro management.

Some teams / don't have much work and you can get work life balance.

Mostly teams have micro management, No job security, no increament and bonus especially if you are on target, pathetic management in some teams/ department. You have to go to office daily to your designated office no matter you are alone in office from that location (you will be alone in entire office from your department but you have to do WFO) with no reason.

Unethical business. Each level different management. No uniform rules. No growth in future. Promotions to favourites no matter how much you work hard. Some people getting promoted each year some never. Hike is poor max 3.5% in year. It's a big red flag and trap. Company is blacklisted in many organisations. BIG RED FLAG if you are joining. There is no policies in benefits of employees. Salary is not fair. They have no standard structure in their hirerchy. I got cheated by HR while joining explaining wrong hirerchy. If any questions or concerns taken to management you will get rude response which has no logic. They is no professionalism. Company culture is poor.

The work culture is poor, with no structured training in place. Projects lack proper management, leading to an endless workload. There is no knowledge transfer, as employees are too occupied to provide guidance. Management assigns task but offers a little to no support.

There is no job security and HRBP don't have any role in terms of Employees rights. They simply lay off without providing reason. What Group manager says HR will follow without questioning policies and reason and certain procedure.

Increment is pathetic. Don't ask for promotions. Both the Indian and foreign managers are same. They will make you work in such way that it won't benefit your future prospect.
