Unhealthy Politics. - Inexperienced authoritative behaviour across the company. - Poor Direction. - Extremely poor planning. - Blame games. - Even though this is a small company there no recognition/acknowledgement for the work done not matter how much effort is put, departments who hardly pretend to work 2 hours a day are credited for all the hard-work someone else puts. - Inexperienced gullible leadership - No scope of growth, false picture was painted. - No peace of mind. - Go for a 1 minute break or even a washroom break and it becomes an issue of unprofessionalism and inefficiency....Read More

There is huge gap in terms of salary between people doing the same job. Managers are not approachable. Forget the associates, managers are themselves running behind getting promoted. HR Toh u don’t even see them most of the times in office but want all other to work from office. They think ppl will like company if they keep chocalate peanut butter free in the cafeteria.

As per manager you are not allow to ask for any update to your team mate. You should ask your manager. And when you do so then they will rpl, " I had informed you na this and that how Many time" also they will not teach you and ask you to figure it out and when uh make mistakes then they will catch you. Yes but the other hand not all manager are same, some talk to you like a frnd and some come up to you as position. Imp: most of time employee leave cz of their manager At some situation doesn't matter there is a diff in salary like 19-20 but if your manager is approachable you will never feel about the salary at one point...Read More
