Work culture is awesome, everyone is cooperative, Excellent Management. Transparent management. Also provide very good hostel accommodation and appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

New employee induction needs attention. Transport facility unavailable for employees.

I did my Bachelor of design degree from this university. But have nothing good to say about this university at all. 😒

Dislikes

They just teach you basic things needed for designing. Also they follow the oldest way of teaching and provide you with no Extra activities like industry visits or Fashion shows etc. Not really an Environment to grow as a fashion student. They have no placements what so ever. 😏 If you just want a degree and no Placements after that you can waste you time & money over here. 🙏 They don't teach you anything CAD..and don't even bother to hire teachers on time.. I wasted a whole semester without a CAD teacher. They don't even bother to consult any fashion companies for their fashion students. Not even one good fashion export or company visits them for hiring process. And with the Extra core subjects that are of no use for Fashion students. I'm happy that I got an opportunity to work with a brand like ASU. All my seniors are helpful and there is no work pressure. The management is always there to help. There is great transparency in the work and no work politics.

Dislikes

Not a lot to point out. The University is located far from my workplace and I have to travel a lot every day.

From 2010 onwards the intake of employees was under contractor. I joined on 2011 as an electrical lab instructor. Later years the engg. students admission reduced. I was being transferred to see school of pharmacy store on end of 2017. Later on April 2020 my services were discontinued due to corona pendamic.

Dislikes

The butteriness raised in the company due to job uncertainty. But job remained continued due to generosity of a senior person. Covid pendamic clicked our job uncertainty and was banished.

I have been working here as a lecturer. Honestly, the growth is immense and I really like how the management handles things.

So far I haven't found any dislikes in particular but being from hilly area, the weather of Gurgaon is quite extreme for me.
