Everything is disliking, nothing's good there, no job security, no work - life balance, full of politics from some of the old heads, spoiling innocent people's time. Most worst University. No promotions because everyone is on contract basis for a year only, they don't have care for dedicated employees. Despite of being a women oriented organization, they do not have any respect for womens. Your contribution isn't well-counted. There is no promotion policy. The leadership is poor and don't have a strong vision. As a result, people working there do not get exact work. Not that people sit idle there. They work there but not utilised in the right manner. The salary structure isn't logically designed. There are departmental heads or senior managers who do nothing but get heavy salary and those who actually contribute effectively with their time and talent, are often discouraged with peanuts. It's a failure of the Berlia family as the leaders. This is not all. They organisation follows many unethical practices and deprives the employees to their rights. They don't cooperate at all while give experience certificates to their employees, manipulate in the full and final payment of their employees. Don't even pay the gratuity properly.
