Nothing, most worst organization

Dislikes

Everything is disliking, nothing's good there, no job security, no work - life balance, full of politics from some of the old heads, spoiling innocent people's time. Most worst University. No promotions because everyone is on contract basis for a year only, they don't have care for dedicated employees. Despite of being a women oriented organization, they do not have any respect for womens. Skill Development is zero there, and if you have skills, then you'll be the worst person to stay there, you'll be thrown out of job, no one is there to help you, whether he's a helper, a faculty, registrar, vice chancellor or whether it is the owner of the organization.
