Nothing, most worst organization

Everything is disliking, nothing's good there, no job security, no work - life balance, full of politics from some of the old heads, spoiling innocent people's time. Most worst University. No promotions because everyone is on contract basis for a year only, they don't have care for dedi cated employees. Despite of being a women oriented organization, they do not have any respect for womens. Skill Development is zero there, and if you have skills, then you'll be the worst person to stay there, you'll be thrown out of job, no one is there to help you, whether he's a helper, a faculty, registrar, vice chancellor or whether it is the owner of the organization. 24*6 only and only politics no career growth no rule regulations as per govt

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is good but no job security and no career growth no work value only buttering value management create only news informer and no good work culture in university

Higher management like Vice chancler , ragistrar Dean and faculty staff all are MTS (Multi task Staff )
