Do not give last month salary on time. Very delayed response of HR. HR is worse. Management is very slow and all they want is to stress on technical staff but have chill time for themselves. They ask for overtime. Even give work on sat and Sun. They give unrealistic goals. Might take more than 10 -12 hrs time of your day. No extra pay for that. In the name of promotion give you just a little raise, better to switch. In Diwali gift, they give 1000rs coupen on Sodexo. That's it. - I worked in a project called Otsuka. Very Terrible project. Everything wrong you can imagine is there. Had few colleagues in other projects also, same condition. - Very less salary and increment even though I worked here very hard for 2 and a half year. Regretted it. - All the old employees are doing WFH, but if you join now then no work from home. All my old team members were working from home and only a handful of us were working from office. That was very unfair. - Leads and Managers were very bad and unsupportive and micromanaged us. - No fixed work timing even though I was working from office. Most of the times I had to work before reaching the office in the morning OR after reaching home from office after 7 pm. - Only work, no life. - They will force you to work on weekends. - No leave even on National holidays. - If you complaint to HR, they will also take the managers side. - They will not fire you, but will force you to resign. There are a lot of opportunities to grow, lots of learnings and great exposure at an early level of your career. Management of the company is very good, everything is organized very well. Good Work-life balance, HR Is friendly and conduting 2-3 events every month which makes refreshing environment and feelin joyful to attend office.
